Hertford community day

PPP were delighted to be one of the sponsors for a Network Homes community event on 22nd July 2017.

Network Homes completed 35 new homes for shared ownership and affordable rent at Tudor Way. The regeneration of Sele Farm continued with the transformation of homes on The Ridgeway. Demolition of poor quality ageing blocks on the estate began in January 2017, with them being replaced by 120 modern, mixed tenure family homes. The final development, supported by East Herts Council and the Homes and Communities Agency, will consist of 70 homes for affordable rent, plus 50 homes for shared ownership.
