  • Project description – Window replacement and concrete repair programme of 19 tower blocks within central Thamesmead. This flagship project forms part of a major asset and housing strategy regeneration for the area. The project required close on site and commercial management to ensure a delivery to programme and  within the budget and maintained a high quality to meet client, resident and leaseholder expectations.
